"City of Racine pushes Formal Ethics Complaint of Mary Osterman to Cable Commission, which Mary Osterman (the accused) is a member!!!!!!! And also the secretary!!!!
"All this was done prior to any action or discussion by the City of Racine Ethics Board!!! The community is asking questions as to the procedure used, and just how a Formal Ethics Complaint could be discussed in a City Cable Meeting with the person being accused in the complaint, without it going to the Ethics Board first?"

These people running city hall are getting out of control, seriosuly what the hell is going on over there? Sure looks illegal and corrupt to me. I'm thinking this is the sort of thing the RICO lawsuit investigation happening with the city will reveal. How dumb can these people get? Too bad residents of Racine will end up paying for the arrogance and ignorance of those involved in this mess.
This is a fascinating development because it is indicative of how far The City of Racine has morphed into a criminal-run organization!
Is the City Attorney and other officials unaware that they have been sued for alleged violations of:
42 U.S. Code § 1983 – Civil action for deprivation of rights
42 U.S. Code § 1985 – Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights
18 U.S. Code Chapter 96 - RACKETEER INFLUENCED AND CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS
18 U.S. Code § 1956 – Laundering of monetary instruments
18 U.S. Code § 1951 – Interference with commerce by threats or violence
WI Stat. 11 – Campaign Financing
WI Stat. 946 – Crimes Against Government And Its Administration
I guess The City of Racine, it's City Attorney and Officials think that the lawsuit is a joke and that it is OK to continue with the same Pattern, or Practice of behavior that has been a hallmark of the Dickert Administration.
I bet that the Federal Court won't be laughing or sleeping. The Federal Court will be very interested in what the Defendants have to say. If they lose, it will not only cost The City of Racine, but it will cost the Defendants personally, a Federal Court will strip them of their unlawfully gained assets and assess additional damages.
Maybe they should sit up and take notice. When does the corruption end at Racine City Hall?
Remember the tv show Baretta's theme song? Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time?
Time to pay up, city hall chumps.
