Racine.TV

"Racine.TV" is supposedly run by a member of the Cable Commission. It features videos like this one:

Racine.TV is now in the sidebar list of Local Sites.

What was Monte Osterman, Dickert's buddy, doing at Mound Cemetery hours after the damage was discovered? Monte is often a recipient of lying John's largesse. He and his wife, Mary, are neck deep in the corruption in Racine. Who gets all the contracts for marble in city hall's bathrooms? What marble firm do you think will get the contract to repair these headstones? Will it be Osterman Granite & Marble, again? Do ducks fly?

In the video, Monte marvels at how the vandals accomplished what they did. He talks about how diffcult it would be for amateurs to do this. Hmm, makes one wonder if professionals were involved. I wonder what firm would stand to profit from the desecration of Mounds' monuments?

Over and over, this is where the money goes: from taxpayers' pockets to the pockets of lying John's pals. They don't even try to hide it anymore. They just do it and arm themselves when we complain.

It only gets more and more bizarre in the Criminal Syndicate formerly known as "The City of Racine".

In The JT video shot on March 25, Steve Bedard claims to have seen the damage first thing Monday morning, March 24. YET - The Racine Police Department says that the damage might have occurred as late at NOON, and the Police Report shows RPD was called at 12:55 Monday AFTERNOON to report the damage.

If I assumed the Cemetery started work at 9:00am, that's a nearly 4 hour time delay.

WHY?

Who called in Monte Osterman and Racine TV to cover the story? Why was Justin Wheeler, in a comment removed by The JT bragging they had the story 12 hours earlier.

The FaceBook page of Racine TV indicates that the story was up by 4:00pm on Monday March 24. ODD! RPD had just been notified only 3 hours earlier. BIZARRE! Did they shoot the story BEFORE or AFTER RPD had been there? Was evidence destroyed or removed? HOW DID THEY KNOW! WHO CALLED THEM TO DO THE STORY! WHY IS MONTE OSTERMAN THERE?

Where did Racine TV come from? Who is funding them?

Strange days indeed.

You can watch The JT video of Steve Bedard on You Tube by clicking HERE.

That way you can avoid the trauma of visiting The JT's site.

Why wasnt Racine Monument Company called over to look at the damage, after all they are across the street from Mound Cemetary?

Are city officials and representatives notifying select individuals about potential private business opportunities, before they notify the public or even the police?

Racine's Leaders! LOL.

Broken Headstones and Relocation Expenses for RootWorks couldn't have come at a more fortuitous time in the Criminal Syndicate formerly know as Racine County.

From the Rag everybody loves to hate.

Other candidates with delinquent taxes include Monte Osterman, an incumbent running unopposed for the County Board’s 3rd District seat with an outstanding 2013 tax bill of more than $5,000; and Mark Gleason, Mount Pleasant village president and an incumbent running unopposed to keep his seat representing the 13th District on the County Board with nearly $26,000 in unpaid taxes for mostly 2013 on several properties.

Property taxes can normally be paid either in full or in a series of installments, according to Racine County Treasurer Jane Nikolai.

However, she explained that if a resident does not at least pay the amount of the first installment by Jan. 31, the tax is listed as delinquent, is no longer eligible for installments, and begins to accrue interest and penalty charges on the entire remaining balance.

Osterman was surprised to learn that property taxes for his residence — listed under his wife’s name — were delinquent, and said the taxes would be paid soon if his wife had not paid them already.

“If she didn’t, I’m sure it’s forthcoming,” he said.

Gleason did not respond to repeated requests for comment.
