I played with explosives as a kid. In Chicago, I met a guy in a bar who made his own "firecrackers." They were like quarter sticks of dynamite. I bought ten from him. A few days later, the cops pulled me over for drunk driving (again) and found the explosives in the trunk. They took them for themselves. They let me go because I ran the local repair shop where they all got a big discount. I'm lucky to have all ten fingers.
