Toad - did you ever meet Bill Wells? We're kinda related - he married my father in laws sister (her 2nd husband), cool guy!! so sad he's done, he was awesome!
there is also a Tommy's, brand new, recently opened about a month ago, on Hy 20, on the west side of the bowling alley, across from Blue Sombrero. Good food and now, even closer, I'm a happy girl!
Bill Well's Cozy lounge 17th and Grand. They had the best charbroiled burger on Italian bread In the city.

ReplyDeleteThe best burger is in Milwaukee, at the Ale House on Water Street. Of course, you have to have one of their specialty Pull Chain Ales to go with it!

ReplyDeleteGus's on Douglas. Best burger by far. Good and greasy. A regular burger is always a double too.
