Natalie's Pizza on Grange and Washington for the best thin pizza, and they didn't have PAN Pizza's when I was a kid. No good Italian would call the thick mess a Pizza. It's just available to meet the demands of some people.

thin - Mike and Angelos, must like Well's, but I think a little better
pan - Infusino's on Washington, if not homemade in a cast iron pan :)

Thin - DeRango's Delivers (carryout and delivery only) It's on Washington Ave. and Emmeretsen Rd. (It's owned and operated by the same DeRango as the one on Six Mile Rd.)

Pan - no vote. I've only had it once, in Chicago.
