I don't see much difference in either one. While a clever and humorous play on words, the overall image this projects is rather negative. Reminds me of the "shut the front door" commercial. Funny... but like off color or dirty jokes, do we really want to push this imagery into daily language usage?

They are actually saying Poop On, which Is a lot different than how It's name Is really pronounced. Poo-Pawn. I do however like Poupon.
