Same thing here. I, personally, like to cut them in wedges,drizzle with olive oil, roast at about 400 degrees for about 35 minutes...I use Montreal seasonings on them. Then I add peppers and onions.
They can't be all winners. The picture looks good. I've read recipes and thought they would be fabulous... only to find them to be mediocre. It is always a nice surprise, though, when you can find one that is great to add to your "bag of tricks."

ReplyDeletewhere Taco El Rays is on Lathrop it use to be Cal's Roast Beef, they use to have great roast beef sandwiches.
