"Racine police say a 45-year-old man is facing a misdemeanor charge of lewd behavior after neighbors reported him repeatedly for walking around his northside neighborhood naked.
"David Stelmack, of Racine, was charged Tuesday in Racine County Circuit Court with one misdemeanor count of lewd and lascivious behavior. If convicted, he could face up to 90 days in jail and/or up to $1,000 in fines.
"According to the criminal complaint, officers were called at 6:54 p.m. Monday to the 3600 block of St. Clair for a report of a naked man walking around drunk. When police arrived, neighbors said Stelmack was walking around drunk, naked and causing problems. Officers had been called to the same address earlier in the day for a similar incident."

Not sure what day it was (in the past week)police where called to one of the parking ramps downtown.
This guy was laying naked on the top level of the ramp. I believe this is the 2nd time he has done this.
Perhaps he should become an irregular
