I think of Mount Pleasant and Caledonia as "clean". Not like some areas of Racine.
I'll make my own excitement, thank you.
I evidently don't want what other people want when choosing a city. My priorities are excellent job opportunities, low crime rate, medium sized city with diversity of population, good educational standards, quality health care, etc.
Mt Pleasant on the east end isn't very "clean."
How and hell can a survey call a city or town boring, since It's really a part of another much larger active area? Really a poor example of a survey. Has no value to people looking at these area's whatsoever.
I don't think Racine is boring...things are going on, places to go, etc....now Richland Center.....yep, that's boring!
Beejay, don't the people in Richland Center sit around and watch the grass grow?
