Useless Information
Did you know:
Cass Elliot (Mama Cass) of the Mamas & Papas died in her sleep at age 32. Sources state her death was due to a heart attack. Elliot died in a London flat, No. 12 at 9 Curzon Place, Shepherd Market, Mayfair, which was on loan from singer/songwriter Harry Nilsson. Four years later, The Who's drummer Keith Moon died in the same flat at the same age.
Elliot lost 80lbs by 'fasting' 4 days a week. It is believe do to the fasting it made her heart weak which cause the heart attack. Rumors had it for decades that she die chocking on a ham sandwich which is false. During the autopsy nothing was found in her throat.

I believed the ham sandwich story. Doesn't really mater. Dead is dead.
Unless someone did remove the sandwich from her throat before the autopsy. There's a conspiracy for you: "Who removed the sandwich from Mama Cass' throat before her autopsy?" Was it the CIA, the NSA, or PBS?
Lol, orbs.
Funny, looking back at pictures.... those who were thought to be grossly obese, look pretty much like today's norm.
Thanks Orbs. I thought she had died from choking as well.
BTW, here is a new one. When I came out here, Smokey started to play automatically. Strange. I wonder if I'm going to have an Irregular day. Have to go to the eye doctor at 2:00. Guess who gets to have her eyes dilated? Yuk.
I was checking this out and read where Keith Moon of the Who and Harry Nillson (sp) all died in the same place. And, as I was searching guess what came up - this post from the Irregulars. Intersting.
Conspiracy it is ! But I would guess it was from butt ham
laughin
Big Mamma Cass, and Harry Nillson were two of my absolute favorite singers. As for The Who and Moon. Not so much. I wonder If Mama Cass would have been able to sing If she were skinny? BET NOT.
"Nobody cares about the railroads anymore" Google It.
If I remember right, a ham sandwich was found in the room and the police started the rumor of chocking.
Did they read the ham sandwich its rights?
I hope It was Krakus.
Orbs...everyone in attendance of the ham sandwich funeral said the ceremony only took about 4 seconds once they flipped the switch on for the garage disposer.
