    They're very inventive when is comes to food. I'd look for him to climb something taller and then jump down into the feeding box.

    What a happy day it was...seeing A Cooper's Hawk nab a squirrel out my feeder last winter! The persistent little buggers (and House Sparrows too) can devour $20 a day in bird food and leave nothing for the Cardinals, juncos and etc..

    What I want is this.
