"12:37 p.m. There is a heavy police presence at the transit center at
Liberty Street in Racine. There are no official reports released from
the Racine Police Department at this time, this is a very active scene
at this time. Multiple witnesses are reporting that a party may have
been shot and there may have been multiple suspects. It is not known the
condition of the victim, or if all suspect is in custody at this time.
Police are also out on the 6th Street bridge More on this as it develops."

my sister and brother in law both drive for the city, both are ok, and neither even knew about it until they reached the transit center, we told to load up and get out ASAP, then the transit center shut down, scary stuff!
