Time to get moving. I have a pt appointment for my rotator cuff. Maybe this guy can get my arm usable again. I can only hope. If not, nothing is lost.

I am in need of the fifth today. My cold is starting to end, I am not hearing through the dang tunnel to much anymore it comes and goes.

Just want all of you to know nothing to worry about I am back being nurse to Daddy Orbs. He is alright he can get around his apartment and he does have what he needs right now. He is not as bad as I seen him before.

I hope everyone enjoys the heat wave we are having.

Oh lord give me the strength to deal with people who just won't listen.

THB - have you tried "popping" your ears? A few years ago I had that problem so I went to my ear doctor and he said grab your nose, close your mouth and blow. Bam, it was done. Might help a little.

Busy day, but decent. I earned my keep. Enjoying a nice glass of merlot and hoping for some lengthy sleep.

Great to have the January thaw, but the side streets are nothing but slop.
