I have more teeth but the smile is the same. It's FRIDAY!!!!

Have a great day Irregulars. Even though they said zero chance last night, it looks like it is going to rain.

I really, really like sleeping to 8:30. I am a much nicer person. Are you sure I have to go back to work?

I see there are new studies floating around with stronger recommendations and convincing evidence, health and success related, that schools start later. Most people think that after-school activities and jobs are the reason it hasn't changed. It is more the cost of bussing. They would need more vehicles to get all the kids there at a later time. The bussing rotation is the main reason why teens are pried out of bed so dog-gone early and fight to stay awake in class... or just don't come until their 2nd or 3rd class of the day.

KK, WOW, as a little kid, I remember my Mom yelling up the stairs, "Time to get up" I wanted to die. It probably was the worst moment of the day. Imagine the pain and suffering that gives a young child? When we got older, we learned to say, "OH MOM, I'm so sick. I didn't sleep all night. Can you call Blue School for me"? Maybe It was Orange School. I don't remember now.

Getting my kids up for school was the worst thing. They would wait until last minute then say I don't have time to eat breakfast. I would tell them that is your own fault I woke you up.

Today I found out the worst thing about this surgery. I am in a lot of pain getting in and out of the car. I had to go and get blood work done this morning and my daughter took me.

THB, I have a friend whose biggest problem after his hip replacement was getting in and out of the car for doctor appointments. If you're not careful after hip surgery, it can pop out.

I went out around 3 pm and the Weather Underground reported 100.7 degrees. It still says 90. This is the first extended use of my a/c. It's noisy as hell.
