LM- I have a really good recipe for a lasagna that you do not boil the noodles.

No one told me Wednesday is lasagna day. I guess every day is lasagna day for Garfield. Ferraro's have a great take out lasagna on Saturday. Tasty, and enough for 2 meals to make it more reasonable (if you can control yourself) We need to remember to support local businesses. The chains are making it difficult for them. Local and small can usually give you more or better quality.

I haven't cooked the lasagna noodles for years. Just make sure there's enough moisture in your sauce.

It's a good thing today is my day off. A certain cat named Elmo decided to come into our room at 4:04 this morning. He woke me up by rubbing against me. Then the dog realized something was going on so he jumped up on the bed.

It is my nail day but my girl had an 8:30 dermatologist so I'm delayed. If hers is anything like mine it will be, "uh huh, uh huh". That's it except for the $175 he charges for that. I see a nap in my future.
