The darkness is hard. Up in the morning in the dark, which looks like night. Home for an hour and back into darkness. Good thing there are florescent lights at work. They say those really help the depression that can occur. (SAD) Seasonal Affective Disorder.

I am totally amazed when I wake up that my alarm clock is smart enough to change the time for me. My cable box, my computer, my kindle, how can they have it so under control, when I struggle with it? ;>

getting a little more sleep was rather nice, I don't want to give it back in the spring tho...
