I am so glad that next week is my last week of physical therapy. My therapist says I am doing better than she thought I would be and I told her that I am keeping a positive attitude about being able to go for long walks again and to be able to lose weight. I also told her I need to be able to go for walks to lose the weight and she agreed with me.
