I don't smoke it. However, the number of incarcerations is ridiculous. The amount of money we spend on patrolling this is huge, and it isn't stopping it. We have people spending more time in jails because they were carrying a baggie, than the numbers of those locked up for violent crimes against another human. If it is legal, it will be regulated and safer for those who choose it... and it will take away the crime element of those who are standing on a corner, or dragging it over a border. I say tax it! Let's be done with the charade! Go Bernie!
