Another day of chores here in SC. Hopefully, I can get the brick clean ... Creosote leaked down from a chimney that is no longer functional. We removed a wood burning furnace. It was a backup heating system. It stinks....so rolling up my sleeves and going to work.

I'm going to work too but not the physical kind like Beejay.

Was awakened at 5:45 because a cat was behind the bed clawing at the pillow. Then the dog had to get in on the action. Of course they are sleeping again.

Part of the problem is the dog is eating the cats food. We need to work on that. Otherwise it has been fun. The cat likes to sit on my lap while I'm drinking my wine.

OKIE, Sable sits on my lap while I have my wine. She sits on my lap while I drink my coffee. I'm her chair!

Working 10 hour days this week. Wears a gal out. Wine sounds good. I'm settling for a Belgium Amber Ale. Aldi has a new beer selection. It is called Boot Tread. (hahaha, quite the name) It is pretty darn good.
