"So
with the warm weather, maybe this would be a good year to take a dip in
Lake Michigan for the 2016 Splash and Dash at noon Jan. 1
"Held at North Beach, the Racine Yacht Club
will open its doors to the public at 7 a.m. Those brave enough to take
on the challenge are being asked to bring food and cash donations to
help support the Racine County Food Bank, HALO, the Hospitality Center
and the Kiwanis Club Scholarship Program.

Yep, Gulf of Mexico. Water temp is 72 after our cold front.
ok, that sounds far better than here, but I'll still stay happy and dry on land
Ya'll have fun.
People realize they can donate to charity without jumping in a freezing lake, right?
I went down to watch it a couple of times. Froze my brain. I'll keep my toes on dry land, preferably in an abode with a thermostat.
