From Racine County Eye:

"When Nick Ramsey became Racine’s poet laureate, part of his duties included putting together a book titled Transformation: Art & Poetry. The project featured 12 poets and artists, and the proceeds from the book will go towards the Racine Arts Council.
"The book features 24 poems and 24 pieces of artwork, including metal
sculptures, blown glass, jewelry, photography, paintings, mixed media
and print work.
"Robert Osborne and his wife Vera Scekic funded the project through the Osborne-Scekic Family Foundation because they feel supporting the arts creates a more vibrant community.
"'My wife is an artist here, and we love seeing people in the arts
succeed,' Osborne said. 'We believe that this is a potential economic
driver for the city and the region.'
"If you are interested interested in buying the book, it’s on sale for
$40 at the Racine Arts Council, 316 6th St. A book release party is
set from 6 to 9 p.m. Jan. 16 at the Racine Arts Council."
