"SILVER ALERT issued for missing Racine man unable to speak"

"A Silver alert has been issued for missing 71 year old Racine man, Tommy Lee Harris. He was last seen: 1/10/15 at 6 AM on foot from the 3300 block of Oakwood. Racine Police say that Tommy is unable to speak because of a brain injury. 
He is described as a 71 black male 
Height: 5’9″ | Weight: 220
—Hair Color: black | Eye Color: brown
—Clothing: orange coat, blue jeans, brown boots 

"Update for clothing Updated clothing at least 5 to six layers of clothes, under a orange coat with no hood, may be carrying a back pack

"Anyone with information or that may see him is asked to contact Racine County Dispatch at 262-886-2300 right away."
