On Saturday I went to the big Walmart to buy my hanging flowers baskets. After putting everything in the car I went back in to look at dishes. I've been married 17 years and had my dishes long before that. I figured I was due.

I felt like Goldilocks. One set only had one plate, the other had only small bowls, and the last one was too expensive. I really liked the style of the ones with the small bowls and told hubby I'd have to try Tuesday Morning. What came in the mail on Saturday? An advertisement from them showing the exact dishes I want on sale for $30.00 for a set of 4. Doesn't start until Thursday so I have written it down on my calendar so I won't forget. They also have king size sheets on sale for $29. Not the micro fiber ones as they are too much like satin sheets. Makes you almost fall off. Well Doctor, I brought my hip because I fell off my sheets. No thanks.

I go to our Walmart Neighborhood mart for most of my food, though some things I buy at Piggly-Wiggly.

Tomorrow I'm headed to the big Walmart to buy some filters. I also need printer ink cartridges, but I don't know. They cost more than the damn machine. In any case, I think I'll only get black. How often do I need something printed in color?

And tidy whiteys. Yes, OrbsCorbs is buying new underpants because his old ones are falling apart. This is a major event for me, happening only every few years. I expect there to be cake and balloons and a clown. I'm the clown.
