Does Racine Have an Enforcer on the Police Payroll?

One of the police involved in recently shooting to death a suspect, Donte Shannon, was  the policeman who shot to death Angel, Kurt Hanson's dog.  The officer is  Peter Boeck.

Egregious conduct by police - recorded by citizens!
Did you know a criminal complaint about this incident was sent by a citizen into the D.A.'s office?
Such much to tell - but no one listens, no one cares - to bad, so sad

Play games with the true power behind Racine's Politicians and *WIN* special prizes....

Like an Annual Golf Outing held in your memory.

*WHAT A PRIZE*

Barry, 64, was found dead in Lincoln Park just north of Spring Street. He was found with a shotgun wound to the head, lying on his back in a shallow creek from the waist up, with his legs on the shore, said Racine County Medical Examiner Tom Terry.

"We're satisfied that it's a self-inflicted wound to the head," Terry said. "It's a suicide."

Barry was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:15 a.m., but Terry said he probably died Wednesday evening.

There will not be an autopsy, Terry said.

Clearly, the Judge participated in his own suicide by threatening to break the hidden code of silence which permeates Racine's Elites. The circumstances were pure ritual.

Much more happens on a golf course than whiffing at a little white ball; and every year, the Racine Founders Rotary Club hosts an event at which some of Rotary’s most important efforts converge on the fairways.

The 2017 Dennis Barry Strive Scholarship Classic will bring people together to build friendship, educational possibilities and mental health awareness on Sept. 11 at the Racine Country Club, 2801 Northwestern Ave. The golf outing is a four-person team scramble with prizes, fun competitions, silent auction, food and camaraderie. The event is the major fundraiser for the Dennis Barry Strive Scholarship Fund.

Named after longtime Rotarian the late Hon. Judge Dennis Barry, the annual Rotary Scholarship awards scholarships that range from $500 to $2,000 to five local graduating seniors who begin their high school years with academic standing in the bottom half of their class and then demonstrate significant improvement through their four years in high school.

Barry’s passion for students who struggled to improve their lives and his dedication to youth inspired the Rotary to create the scholarship in his memory. Barry passed away six years ago when he took his life.
