I am so sorry that I am getting this posted so late I was up at 2am with Drew he had to go to work very early today. I went back to bed to just lay down and I fell asleep. Here are your questions.
1) When you go to bed does it take you a long time to fall asleep?
2) Do you feel like at night you just take naps or not?
3) Do you sleep straight through the night?
4) How many hours do sleep at night?

No. Actually I'm asleep most of the time I'm asleep right now..

Such a "nap" usually turns into a full blown sleep episode. I was up at 6 today. I messed around with the computer for awhile. I was thinking that I was hungry. Yet somehow I ended up back in the bed until a half hour ago when Charlie woke me.
3) Do you sleep straight through the night?
Very rarely. Mr. Pee often bothers me. I told a urologist who asked this question "0 to 6 times a night."
4) How many hours do sleep at night?
Anywhere from 8 to 12. It remains fluid and I wish it wasn't. I'd like to be able to depend upon a certain time to fall asleep and another to wake up. My sleep schedule is all over the place. I know I'm sleeping more than I used to, but I don't have a job or other responsibilities. You have no idea what goes through my head.
Thank you for the great questions, THB. Don't worry about the time. When you feel up to it, post the questions. But if you need a few more hours, no one is gonna complain. Sorry that Drew has to work so damn early in the "day."
1. Yes it does take me a long time to go to sleep, by that time I usually have to get up to go to work.
2. I try to take naps while working to catch up on my lost sleep.
3. I very rarely sleep thru the night, maybe once in twenty years.
4. That depends on the night, sometimes 4, sometimes 8, and sometimes I have to get to work before I fall asleep. that's how the cookie crumbles sometime.

2. "Naps" isn't something I do yet.
3. Sometimes I wake up at 2 in the morning wide awake, its tough to back to sleep.
4. Target sleep is 8 hours. sometimes more, sometimes less.
