PayPal and Me

I got a letter stating that my PayPal account has been sold to some poor debt collector.

The same day, I got an email telling me that my new PayPal card has been mailed to me.

They must want the punishment.

    We'll see. I can't believ3e that they would send me a functioning credit card.
