YES - the Police can and will shoot you in the back; if you display a gun:
See:
And,
I have to say that from their point of view - and wanting to go home
safe - it's legal - but just barely. Leave the gun play for the Police.
Since
the Cops already know the drill - they ALWAYS will claim a gun was
present - even if they have to plant it. That's why the Cops had to come
out quickly with the gun was found at the scene... concerning Donte
Shannon.
I find it highly unlikely he actually brandished a gun.
Yes - how convenient - the bodycam footage isn't there.... because they didn't have cams on.... OR - did they?
I
suggest that in order to FORCE the Police to obey the laws, act
lawfully, and preserve evidence - that if the bodycam footage is missing
- NONE of their testimony is admissible in Court. *WHOA* That would be a
game changer.
The Police are NOT Trustworthy - they have proved that time and time again.
ReplyDeleteEither the Body Cam - which should be required for ALL Police - vouches for the veracity of the testimony - BUT, if absent - then the testimony must be dismissed because an independent verifiable witness is not present.
NO MORE TURNING OFF, HIDING, MISSING, OR CLAIMING MALFUNCTION of the Body Cam.
If the second independent witness is absent - then it never happened.
