CALEDONIA — It was perfect weather
Sunday for the spring time tradition of the Sugarin’ Off pancake
breakfast at the River Bend Nature Center, celebrating the maple sugar
harvest.
Since the beginning of the month, volunteers have been tapping 70 maple trees on the nature center grounds to collect sap to make the syrup.
