Once again, another black eye for The City of Ill Repute - with no dispute.

As for Officers "firing back" on Donte Shannon - he never fired once....

But at least the Chief got a pay raise - so you can extort more from the remaining Taxpayers who bravely continue to reside in the City of Crime.
