Dear City of Racine Alderpersons, 
 
Isn't sexual conduct between minors prohibited by law? 
 
YES - or NO! 
 
Then why should minors be openly encouraged to engage in a Prom which 
is to be regulated by specific (perverted) gender sexual behavior be 
held to no account?

It would seem - to inquiring minds - that Mayor Cory Mason, City 
Attorney Scott Letteney, and the entire Common Council are acting 
contrary to the rule of law, decency, moral turpitude, and not only 
authorizing illegal sexual behavior between minors, but encouraging 
it. 
 
And that JT, by publishing the event, is a party to the crime. 
 
Inquiring minds want answers.
