The Lottery is a public funded venture - thus all *WINNERS* should be identified.

What needs to be fixed is the "both eyes blind to government crime" illegal gambling and tax evasion "Heavens" given away by former WI Governor Republican Tommy Thompson to Bar Owners, Gas Station Owners, and Convenience Store Owners, (in response to tougher drunk driving laws) who operate Illegal Gambling Operations and reap tens of thousands of dollars in untaxed revenues and tax evasion! Both DOR and the WI - CON - SIN Legislature openly condone these otherwise illegal operations which stripmine WI of desperately needed income, especially in light of the recent Foxscam Failure - with Foxconn desperately seeking to renegotiate a Scott Walker contract which is currently in default because Foxconn failed to adhere to the stipulations agreed upon in the contract.

Crying about identifying "|Who won the Lottery" is ludicrous - When State Of WI faces so many other challenges.

If identifying persons who "Won the Lottery" is such a great concern.... then ABOLISH THE LOTTERY.

Please - Mr. Popcorn King - GROW UP!
