integrity and fairness,

There is no fairness and integrity when Judges engage
in illegal secret court!
Neubauer along with Racine County Circuit Court
Judge Eugene "Gagthebitch" Gasiorkiewicz conducted
illegal court that became a national embarrassment
for the City of Racine, trapping Alderwoman Weidner within the horrors of a secret court the likes of Nazi era Germany.

Lisa Neubauer is not only unfit to hold public office, she belongs in prison for her criminal misconduct in office.
We filed criminal complaints to the Wisconsin Judicial Commission and the Wisconsin Attorney Generals office
to no avail.

RCC further contends Judge Neubauer then abused the Court of Appeals calendar, failing to schedule Weidner's Appeal case in an effort to avoid any bad press about her misconduct before the elections. After about 4 months of Weidner's court case not being scheduled, we notified the Wisconsin Supreme Court on November 19th, 2019 of our concerns of calendar abuse by Judge Neubauer. On November 26th. the case was then calendared
to proceed for a verdict.
No coincidence there!
Judge Neubauer is obviously in need to be
schooled about the rule of law.
Facts are Neubauer and Gasiorkiewicz are anarchists, criminals within our judiciary that have not been held accountable for their crimes because of other complicit government officials.
As it stands, we have a privileged group within government acting above the law, thus inviting anarchy.

RULE OF LAW
The rule of law is a principle which we should operate where all persons and all institutions are held equally accountable to the same standards
to the laws that have been publicly promulgated, equally enforced and
fairly adjudicated in an unbiased manner.
As it stands, we have a privileged group within government acting above the law, thus inviting anarchy.
