I changed my Mind
After a cool off period – I’ve
reconsidered and cancelled my cancellation! The JT is very important to
Racine, and worthy of support!

Ethics Board chairwoman: Wait's complaint did not meet requirements
RACINE — Board of Ethics Chairwoman
Mary Wyant decided the complaint filed by Harry Wait of the Town of
Dover did not meet the board’s requirements and will not be accepted by
the board for discussion.
In
early March, Wait, a citizens’ rights advocate and member of HOT
(Honest, Open and Transparent) Government, alleged that City Attorney
Scott Letteney has “an extensive history of egregious conduct while in
office, undermining the interest of the people and the City of Racine,”
and recommended sanctioning and removing Letteney from office.

Politicians FIRST, The People NEXT!
We already know that State Actors can commit numerous crimes and not
be prosecuted - looks like The People are next. It's the Wild West!
Dallas County Crooks Rejoice; Democrat DA Won't Prosecute Thefts Under $750
Dallas criminals have just been given a license to steal - up to $750, that is.
Following his November 2018 election win, Dallas County Criminal District Attorney John Creuzot, a Democrat, announced that he will no longer prosecute certain low-level crimes, including thefts of personal items worth less than $750 as long as it isn't for economic gain, according to CBS DFW.
Creuzot began his leniency approach shortly after he was elected, announcing "On my agenda is to not ask judges to send people to the penitentiary for technical violations of their probation – for instance not doing community service, not paying fines and fees."
So adhering to the terms of one's probation in Dallas County is now optional as well.
In a Friday letter, Creuzot expanded on his policies - adding that first-time marijuana offenses or any drug possession cases involving less than .01 grams of a drug will not be prosecuted.
"It’s a slap on the wrist. They go to jail, get a meal, get let go. And they’re not going to be prosecuted at all for it," said Arterburn.

Creuzot said he’ll dismiss many criminal trespass cases as well, charges he says are most often brought against the mentally ill and homeless.Dallas shop owners are not happy. Andrew Arterburn, owner of One Stop Express in Uptown, said that a shoplifter just stole $120 worth of laundry detergent on Thursday - and is not taking kindly to Creuzot's new approach.
He also said his office will no longer prosecute theft cases involving personal items worth less than $750, unless evidence shows it was for economic gain. -CBS DFW
"It’s a slap on the wrist. They go to jail, get a meal, get let go. And they’re not going to be prosecuted at all for it," said Arterburn.
The President of the National Black Police Association, Sgt. Sheldon Smith, said he worries it will lead to more crime."I absolutely think it's sending the wrong message," said Dallas Police Association President Mike Mata. "That shop owner is going to take matters into his own hands, or he's going to have to let $600 worth of merchandise walk out of his store, and I don't think he's going to be in business very long."
“It opens the door for some people to think they can commit crimes,” Sgt. Smith said.
Dallas County Sheriff Marian Brown told CBS 11, her office will continue to enforce the laws as mandate by state legislation. -CBS DFW

Diversity has not been their strength
Apparently the good ship USS Intel is discovering that its much-vaunted
commitment to diversity in tech is not helping it compete in a global
marketplace, as it abandons the 5G modem business to Qualcomm. An engineer explains in an email:
Intel is throwing out many years of engineering. Again! 10 nm is not working for them. And this latest shrink is on them to develop. Too bad they hire so many Indians who are unqualified to do this kind of work. AMD is doing much better and shipping chips in a timely manner. AMD owns the server market hopefully they can take over the desktop and laptop markets too. Much better engineering departments at AMD. The laptop market is being driven by other chip makers working on a variety of new designs. Intel can no longer innovate gadgets which people are using. Apple is also feeling the engineering gap.Diversity = commitment to shorter and shorter time preferences. This is an intrinsically dyscivilizational development and will eventually lead, not only to technological stagnation, but technological regression.
All those H1B visa folks are cheap workers but unproductive and mostly untrained. If a company could break themselves of the H1B habit they could hire American engineering students who have been trained. I don't think companies understand their bottom line is highly effected by the quality of the product they produce. It is not dependent on cheap labor but on skilled labor. Luckily AMD understands this. They will prevail.

Dear Village Board,
A Better Mount Pleasant sends: "The state’s contract with Foxconn defines its Wisconsin project as including a “Gen 10.5” facility, or one that typically produces larger, TV-sized screens." The contract with Mount Pleasant says exactly the same thing - even though Project Manager Claude Lois lied to residents on Monday in the public information meeting by saying the contract says 10.5 OR 6.5. It doesn't. We pay him $250K a year to lie to us and misrepresent the facts. Link: https://www.facebook.com/abettermtpleasant/ A very disturbing development, indeed. It appears that MTP Residents will soon be treated to *NEW* and *IMPROVED* Tax Rates and Hikes, due to the Foxscam failure, courtesy of Dave DeGroot's shiny new Sewer Pipeline, aided and abetted by his fellow covert Foxconn Employees which includes the MTP Village Trustee Board majority, City of Racine Mayor "BFF" Mayor Cory Mason, County Executive Jonathan Delagrave, and scorned Ex-Gov Failed College Grad Scott Walker. Pretty soon those shiny new sewer lines will be carrying the contaminated waste water from Mount Pleasant back to City of Racine to be dumped back into Lake Michigan! MTP Village President David DeGroot, BFF Racine Mayor Cory Mason, and his Minions (acting as MTP Trustees) have been Foxconned and sold out Residents to the Banksters, Land Speculators, Lawyers and Corporate Interests. See: https://arrestrecordsofracinewipublicofficials.wordpress.com/2019/04/18/wedc-got-something-right-racine-county-is-top-rated-for-politicians-tricking-residents-and-treating-themselves-to-the-spoils/ Of course, I could be wrong, and as soon as the Gen 10.5 Foxconn manufacturing complex, as stipulated in the contract between State of WI and Foxconn, is operating, property taxes in Racine County will drop to near *ZERO*, or be like Alaska, and Residents will enjoy a Foxconn Tax Dividend! And everybody will live happily ever after.* * Results may vary…. Sincerely, Tim & Cindy

Doomed to mediocrity
The USA increasingly embraces the idea that group identity is more important than merit:
This, however, is a trend that you need not accept. Pursue excellence even as you embrace your identity

Millennials and Generation Z believe representation of all races and religions in the workplace is more important than hiring based on merit, according to a new survey.Just as identity politics trump ideology politics, mediocrity trumps merit in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic society. Welcome to life as the Third World has always known it.
Roughly half (51 percent) of Millennials (age 22-39) and Generation Z (age 18-21) said that 'fair representation of race, ethnicity and religion is paramount to creating the ideal workplace,' according to the poll of 2,002 Americans conducted by John Zogby Strategies.
By comparison, 48 percent of Generation X (age 40-54) and 42 percent of Baby Boomers (age 55-74) agreed with that statement. Just 15 percent of Generation Z and 32 percent of Millennials agreed with the statement that 'merit and competition supersede all, even if that results in a workplace that creates minimal diversity.'
Meanwhile, 37 percent of Generation X and 45 percent of Baby Boomers said that merit is more important than diversity.
'There are really two opposing schools, I guess you could say that there's one that's on the side of progressive ideology, whereas the other one is more in line with the way business was always run,' Jeremy Zogby, a partner in Zogby Strategies, told DailyMail.com. 'There is definitely a progressive slant in Millennials and Gen Z.'
Among all Americans, 47 percent prioritized diversity in workplace hiring, while 37 percent said merit should matter most.
This, however, is a trend that you need not accept. Pursue excellence even as you embrace your identity

City of Racine Human Resources Relations Officer Timothy Thompkins Failed his Drug Test, City Attorney Scott Letteney Provided Cover
Dear City of Racine Alderpersons, The secret has been out long ago.... People on illegal (and legal) drugs, including dangerous psychotropic medications inhabit Racine City Hall. Others, like City Administrator, wild eyed Southern boy, Nick Palenick just seem insane because they act insane. Tim Thompkins! Tim Thompkins! Tim Thompkins! And a stoned Garden Gnome.... Seems like everybody at Racine City Hall is on Dope. City of Racine - Where money grows on trees and is raked in every day by Public Officials. Just saying. See the post: City of Racine Human Resources Relations Officer Timothy Thompkins Failed his Drug Test, City Attorney Scott Letteney Provided Cover @ https://arrestrecordsofracinewipublicofficials.wordpress.com/2019/04/16/city-of-racine-human-resources-relations-officer-timothy-thompkins-failed-his-drug-test-city-attorney-scott-letteney-provided-cover/ BOO! Just what is being snorted, smoked, injected, and ingested at Ratcine City Hall? No one knows - but it has to be some good stuff. Sincerely, Tim & Cindy
Dear Madame Zoltar
Hello, my Little Rascals! How are you? I'm so-so. I'm still kind of groggy after two weeks off. Is this the Psychics' Section? It is? Good! I need to rest among my own kind. Oy vey!
The weather certainly has been schizophrenic. In the 60's one day, then a blizzard overnight, then back to the 60's. The only thing crazier are our political parties.
Everyone is back in place after our elections, taking potshots at each other. Getting work done does not matter, Only "wounding the enemy." They're being paid tens of thousands of dollars to call each other names. A kindergarten class could do just as well and would be much cheaper. What an education for those who are partnering with us. American politics will be seen as potty-mouthed sandbox biffs. My God, we can't have the reality get out. Our sides of the government just make up facts now and call each other names. Just like their President. When all else flails, oops, distract!
Meantime, the local scene has become overheated with Foxconn Fever. Everyone and their mother are putting up apartments or repurposing old buildings. And I mean Big Time. What happens if Foxcon craps out on us? What if they decide to just put in a gas station? How were we supposed to know that they are locked in a life or death struggle with Casey's convenience stores?
If Foxconn burps, the Legislature says, "Excuse me."
What happens if it's more than a burp?
What if the window of opportunity on Wisconsin has already closed?
Then what?
Uh-oh!
Don't even think like that. "Foxconnwill, Foxconnwill, Foxconwill, . . . "
Cause if it don't, we're in a boatload of trouble. A sinking boatload of trouble. A sputtering airplane engine because we didn't finish designing it before we started flying it. Even the change in metaphors hasn't helped. Air planes, train engines, same difference? I think they started flying the plane before they finished designing the train.
It must be nice to have billions of dollars to throw around America. Watch the Boy Scouts jump. Listen to them pander to your language.
I bet if we started bombing that site, the Japanese would have a military industrial complex built overnight, most of it underground.
They should have imported their own construction workers, too. Heck, maybe their own staff to run the place. They seem to be getting nowhere fast with our people.
As soon as the local production company makes peace with the Mafia, everything will be under control.
Ah so!

Comment: You are right about Jim Spodick, Ken Yorgan, George Meyers, and Ken Lumpkin. This is not a hobby for them as they pretend it to be. It is a job. Who are they working for, and why? Why didn’t anything happen with the lawsuits? Why didn’t anything happen with Dennis Montey’s criminal complaint? Why did Dennis Montey shut down his blog? Why is Dennis Montey so quick to comment on Ricky Jerstad’s facebook page? What group is Dennis a member of? Who is Dennis close family friends with? Who is Jim related to? What did Ken’s parents do? Who is George associated with? How is Ken Lumpkin compromised besides Bingo? Which of them are gay? Which of them are pedophiles? What other officials are gay? Which are pedophiles? What really happened with Dennis Barry? What happened in Krasnodar? Who is being groomed? Who is he so closely linked with? Why are Jim, Ken and George so committed to something that gets 63 views? What have they uncovered in their hundred plus episodes? Why did John Dickert really resign? Where did Dickert really stay on his trip to New York? What happened? Why did Paul Ryan resign? What is Foxconn really for? What is HOT government? Who is Sarah Ferraro? Who made the video for Randy Bryce? Who made the video for Neubauer? What is the origin of the Neubauer name? What was Mayor Pete doing in Racine? Why didn’t Sandy Weidner run a real campaign for mayor? Why did she run a half-assed last munite write-in campaign? Why didn’t Ken Yorgan run for mayor despite running for Congress? What was his objective in running for Congress? What deals did Jim Spodick work on with John Dickert? What happened? What happened to Jim’s family? How are all of these things connected? You know more than most. Do you know who they are working for yet?

From A Better mount Pleasant:
https://www.facebook.com/abettermtpleasant/ Super interesting comment from The Verge's explosive article on #Foxconn. The author says he is the administrator of a town in Ohio that Foxconn was considering for their "development" that we ultimately got. Hard to believe anyone would make this up - it sounds authentic: As an administrator of one the handful of communities in Ohio that was considered for this project, I can’t tell you how much I love reading these articles. We got bad vibes from the very first time we had to pitch our community for this unknown project and the numbers (jobs, investment amount, water/sewer/electric/gas requirements, etc,) started to change. Daily. Drastically. Our running internal discussion was "WTF? How can they NOT know their sewage requirements? Like 3 million gallons per day more, then a couple days later it drops by 2 million. Then back up". Worked on some big and weird projects in my career, but never saw anything like this where stuff changed all the time. The site visit was an absolute circus too. They had a damn charter bus. Around 20-30 Chinese people and another 20-30 consultants, engineers and who-knows-what. They kept interrupting during our presentations and some of the American consultants would basically yell at them and say they were being rude. You cannot make this stuff up. Luckily we dropped out after a month into the process when the umpteenth change in utility requirements made the needed improvements so expensive (think $30 million+) that we threw in the towel. They wanted the land for free, all utilities to the site boundary at their required capacities (which changed weekly at this point still) for free, and to pay no local or state taxes for 20 years. This was the dumbest ROI scenario we ever saw and it wasn’t hard to convince our elected officials to throw in the towel. In the end it wouldn’t have mattered because Ohio ended up getting cut a couple of months later because the State government wouldn’t pay up like Wisconsin did. It has made for some great story telling though, and it is the gift that keeps on giving for entertainment purposes. Thanks, Wisconsin!
