Doing a CCAP search I learned that the address provided in Court Records is 986 Stratford Court, Racine, WI 53406, which is actually Village of Mount Pleasant - and just due South West of Village of Mount Pleasant Village Hall - the stronghold of Scott Walker/David DeGroot/Nancy Milholland TEA - Party Activists and Fanatics.

I am asking JT to correct the title of the story and amend it to "Doctor from Mount Pleasant facing felony drug distribution charges".
