Re: Notice to Cease and Desist Blocking of Emails

Due to verified evidence of unknown city officials abusing the city’s email system by censoring, spamming, tampering and blocking emails from the public to city officials, this letter serves notice to Cease and Desist all whitelisting, blacklisting spamming or any other means that impede or block emails to and from any city official from the public, as it denies amongst other considerations the rights of the people under the First, Fifth, and Fourteenth amendments of the Constitution of The United States of America.

Should it be determined the illegal and criminal activity continues, further remedies will be sought to hold parties accountable.

You will not receive another warning notice from me.
