In 2018, Judge Lisa Neubauer engaged in unethical and criminal misconduct while conducting court.

In Court of Appeals case 2018AP001189

Sandy Weidner vs. City of Racine,

Judge Neubauer illegally sealed the entire court record,

creating a secret court.

In doing so, Judge Neubauer knowingly violated numerous Wisconsin State Statutes, Supreme Court Rules and the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Verified Ethical and criminal complaints were filed against

Judge Neubauer in 2019 to the Wisconsin Judicial Commission

and the Attorney General's Office.
