Dear City of Racine Mayor Cory Mason, Spokesperson Shannon Powell, and
Alderpersons,

While fingers are being pointed, remember that:

'Many of the Corporations which make up RAMAC recruited African -
American workers from the South to be employed at their factories. As
these workers became Unionized, and demanded to be treated as Human
Beings, and not as slaves - Many of the Corporations which make up
RAMAC moved their operations to the South, Mexico, South America, and
China. There now exists, in Cory Mason's Racine, many unemployed
people of color with no future - because of Corporate greed, alongside
the local government consent. You have people of color working working
not much more than minimum wage jobs with no benefits being taxed and
oppressed by Cory Mason who pays $100,000 G plus salaries, untaxed
fringes worth $30,000 and up, plus retirement with *FREE* healthcare
at age 55. In addition - you have certain persons in the City
Attorney's Office and the Municipal Judge's Office who committed
illegal acts to deprive an African- American Male of his Property and
Business still in office! This includes City Attorney Scott Letteney
and Municipal Judge Robert Weber. Those are the facts - and the Common
Council remains silent".

Abusing legal action against Persons of Color started with the City of
Racine Mayor's Office and was approved by the City of Racine
Attorney's Office. Once the case in Circuit Court was won by the
African - American Male, Thomas Holmes, DBA Park 6 - you chose to
ignore the Court's ruling, forced the taxpayers to appeal that adverse
ruling, and lost once again!

"This case is about a liquor license revocation in which the
city council acted upon a citizen complaint that was not
sworn, as required by statute. This constituted a fundamental
error that deprived the licensing committee of jurisdiction
over the matter. Therefore, the subsequent revocation of the
liquor license was invalid. We affirm the circuit court’s
order vacating the licensing committee’s decision to revoke the liquor
license".

Why has Robert Weber been rewarded with an appointment by the Racine
Common Council, guided by Mayor Cory Mason, to the Municipal Judge
Office?

Why is Scott Letteney still City Attorney?

When open meetings are once again held - and Public Comment is allowed
- I will verbally confront you once again why you continue to reward
Racists and abuse legal process.
