Brad Pitt is Emmy-nominated for 3-minute turn playing Anthony Fauci on 'SNL'

Three minutes, a gray wig and a secure WiFi connection earned Brad Pitt an Emmy nomination Tuesday.
The Oscar winner was lauded for his appearance in a remote episode of "Saturday Night Live" on April 25 portraying Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, whose presence has provided a steadying force to many Americans during the pandemic
"First, I'd like to thank all the older women in America who have sent me inspiring — and sometimes graphic  — emails," Pitt's Fauci began in the show's cold open segment.
Then he began to decode mixed messages coming from the White House, from rumors that President Trump planned to fire him to a stunned look at the suggestion one could inject oneself with disinfectant.
