Mayor Cory Mason gives his 2020 State of the City address on Wednesday, virtually, which was streamed on the city's Facebook page. Images of aldermen listening in are seen below the mayor. Unsurprisingly, COVID-19 and its impact on the city and community loomed large in the mayor's address.
