Three people have been arrested in connection with the shooting at Mayfair mall Friday that left eight people injured, Wauwatosa police said Monday.
Police previously announced the arrest of the alleged shooter, a 15-year-old-boy, after he was pulled over in a traffic stop Saturday.
Police did not say how the other two individuals were involved in the shooting but said one of them was in the car with the 15-year-old boy during the traffic stop.
Authorities have said the shooting was the result of an altercation between two groups of people. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots about 3 p.m. Friday that sent people fleeing for the exits while others sheltered in place.
The 15-year-old left the mall as other patrons were running out, according to Wauwatosa police. A firearm was found during his arrest, police said.
