Don't pull over for the bums who fly off the road by themselves or slam into a tree alone - natural selection demands that fools suffer the consequences of their foolishness. Why save an idiot driver who will just kill himself in a car some other way, and possibly take you out, too? Save the innocent. Let the clowns suffer.
By the way, a dashcam is the thing to stem lies when and if you have an accident. People will lie and lie and lie until the truth catches up with them. A video dispels all lies.
