Reynoso also charged in Dickert road rage case.

From Racine County Corruption:

Reynoso also charged in Dickert
road rage case.
John "road rage driver" Dickert

In an outrageous display of abuse of power, Racine County District Attorney Patricia Hanson issued criminal misdemeanor charges against 19 year old Christian Reynoso, the other party involved with Former Mayor John Dickert's road rage case.

New Racine County Circuit Court case # 20CM605

District Attorney Patricia Hanson undercharged Dickert with only Disorderly Conduct when other charges were warranted.

According to witnesses of the road rage incident, LM and ED provided Mt. Pleasant police with this information within the criminal complaint against John Dickert.

"Officer Serpe also spoke with L.M. and E.D.. E.D. stated she was in her vehicle and told L.M. to
look over at two males arguing. E.D. stated that she observed the male without the red sweatshirt
(Dickert) hit the other male (Reynoso) 4-5 times before Reynoso started hitting back. L.M. stated that
Dickert appeared to be very agitated, and began to hit Reynoso before Reynoso hit back."

Based on the above statements of these two witnesses,
another charge is warranted against physical perpetrator
Dickert of battery.

Wisconsin Statutes:
940.19 Battery; substantial battery; aggravated battery.
(1)  Whoever causes bodily harm to another by an act done with intent to cause bodily harm to that person or another without the consent of the person so harmed is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(2)Whoever causes substantial bodily harm to another by an act done with intent to cause bodily harm to that person or another is guilty of a Class I felony.

THE FIX IS ALREADY IN !

The D.A. has already undercharged politically connected Dickert and now overcharged a 19 year old kid to bring him into the "system".

THEN - Further reduce Dickert's criminal charge during
plea bargaining to a civil forfeiture or dismiss altogether.
As reduced or dismissed charges against Dickert is realized,
then continue to hang the kid out to dry as Dickert's scapegoat.

These types of deals is one of many plague's
within Racine's government.

Why is a criminal explaining to us how an illegal order is legal?  People like Mayor Cory 'Butterball' Mason and City Attorney Scott 'Shyster' Letteney deserve to be arrested for their crimes against the taxpayers of Racine.

Reaction mixed to idea of reopening in Racine, where COVID-19 cases continue to grow

From WISN12ABC:

The city of Racine is keeping its "stay home" order in place because it has one of the fastest-growing rates of COVID-19 in the country.
The city has had more than 400 cases in two weeks.
It may never be business as usual again on Main Street in downtown Racine. Some customers are taking every precaution possible.

"Masks, gloves, hand sanitizer you get home you wipe everything down," Jamie Mattek said.
"Are you guys ready for businesses to reopen?" WISN 12 News reporter Hillary Mintz asked.
"Yes, (I) just miss talking to other people and shopping," Lisa Ramirez said.
Racine, now nearing 600 coronavirus cases, kept their stay home order in place in spite of the Supreme Court ruling.
"We've been listed as one of the fastest growing coronavirus case communities per capita in the country. This is a serious problem,” Racine Mayor Cory Mason said.
Until May 26, the small businesses can be open but with restrictions like customer limits.
"I think a lot of these businesses, they do have safety measures in place that are helping keep sanitation and all that good stuff, like in here they have arrows so there's only one direction that you can go in, so I’m OK with it as long as they're not too crowded," Lorenzo Santos said.
While some customers are enjoying getting back to shopping on Main Street, others said it's too soon.
"I think it's too soon, especially in Racine and Kenosha. The numbers just keep going up and up and up," Mattek said,
"I’m very mixed about it. I want everybody to be safe first. That's my No. 1 concern. Safety first always," Georgia Herrera said.
Starting Monday Racine will have free community testing. The National Guard will give the tests at festival hall from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Crowded bars seen across Wisconsin after Safer at Home extension struck down

Credit: Nick's Bar Twitter (@nicksonsec)
(WKOW) -- The State Supreme court struck down Wisconsin’s Safer at Home order in its entirety, ordering all future orders to go through the Legislature.
Following the announcement, the Tavern League of Wisconsin issued bars "open immediately."
The Tavern League is a trade association advocating for bars across Wisconsin. It also encouraged establishments to follow Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation guidelines, which includes face masks and gloves for employees, and social distancing when possible.
According to Tweets from Nick's Bar in Platteville, the location reopened Wednesday evening and was severing at least two dozen people within the hour.
According to our ABC affiliate in Milwaukee, WISN, The Iron Hog Saloon in the Town of Port Washington opened its doors Wednesday.
Customers were inside the bar without masks.

Trump says Fauci's warning about rushing to reopen is "not an acceptable answer"

As with other legal fights between Democrats and Republicans in Wisconsin, taxpayers are left with the bills

From JSOnline:

, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

MADISON – Another legal fight between Wisconsin’s Republicans and Democrats has resulted in a familiar outcome — a hefty bill for taxpayers.
Democratic Gov. Tony Evers is leaving it to taxpayers to pay $40,000 in legal bills to resolve a public records dispute with Republican Rep. John Nygren of Marinette. The situation comes after Democrats have repeatedly criticized Republicans, including Nygren, for making taxpayers pick up their legal expenses.
"The taxpayers unfortunately pay for a lot of needless litigation and Rep. Nygren brought this lawsuit instead of trying to work with our office," Evers spokeswoman Melissa Baldauff said.
Taxpayers are getting used to big legal bills. They had to pay more than $3.7 million for protracted fights over Wisconsin’s election maps, more than $2.3 million for disputes over lame-duck laws limiting Evers’ powers and more than $175,000 for lawsuits over how to conduct elections amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The costs for the lame-duck and election lawsuits will continue to climb because the cases are ongoing and not all bills have been submitted. And details on the costs of lawsuits over Evers’ stay-at-home order have not yet been released.
Those legal bills are for disputes over policy differences. The open records case is different. In that one, Evers late this month agreed to give up more than 10,000 pages of records he initially tried to keep from Nygren.
“I think that he should take a lesson from this that there’s a real risk that when you say no to a records requester that you’re going to get sued … and you’re going to have to settle because the courts are not going to back you up,” said Bill Lueders, president of the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council.
Nygren, the co-chairman of the budget-writing Joint Finance Committee, would not say whether Evers should personally pay the attorney fees.
Nygren and Assembly Speaker Robin Vos of Rochester last year declined to chip in for $200,000 in legal bills the state agreed to pay after a judge found they and former Rep. Jesse Kremer of Kewaskum had violated the constitutional rights of the liberal group One Wisconsin Now by blocking it on Twitter.
Nygren at the time suggested he shouldn’t have to pay the legal bills because what he’d done was “completely within my job description.”
In 2018, then-Rep. Dale Kooyenga personally paid $30,000 after the state settled a lawsuit over Kooyenga taking a protest sign from a public area of the Capitol that criticized Republicans. Kooyenga, a Republican from Brookfield, was later elected to the state Senate.
