An Ode to all those tax evading, shifty, and lying WI public employees (at all levels) who demand a *FREE* ride from the Taxpayers while they evade paying their fair share and a corrupt Court System that allows an unconscionable contract to stand! *LIVING IT UP* on the taxpayers dime -

Health Benefit
Attached is a list of the Retires who are suing the City along with a description of the Benefit they are suing for. I opine that it is an unconscionable contract between City Retirees and Taxpayers, one which the City should have never agreed to. The Retirees need to begin paying their fair share and stop suing Taxpayers for an Outrageous Benefit which should have never been approved.
"An unconscionable contract is one that is so one-sided that it is unfair to one party and therefore unenforceable under law. It is a type of contract that leaves one party with no real, meaningful choice, usually due to major differences in bargaining power between the parties.
In a lawsuit, if the court finds a contract to be unconscionable, they will typically declare the contract to be void. No damages award or specific performance will be issued, but instead the parties will be released from their contract obligations".

If HOT Government finds time, it should look into filing an Amicus Brief defending the Taxpayers and bringing this to the public's attention.
Racine County Case Number 2020CV001228
https://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetail.html?caseNo=2020CV001228&countyNo=51&index=0
"The Wisconsin Retirement System is a qualified retirement system under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is a hybrid defined benefit plan , containing elements of both a 401(k) or defined contribution plan and a defined benefit plan.
The intention of the WRS pension plan is to provide you with a lifetime retirement payment (annuity ) once you are vested and have reached minimum retirement age . Your retirement annuity is calculated using both a formula calculation and a money purchase calculation and as a retiree , you receive the higher of the two benefit calculations".
https://etf.wi.gov/retirement/wrs-retirement-benefit
"Note: If you worked in Wisconsin but are now a resident of another state, payments you receive from a nonqualifiedpension or annuity or a nonqualifieddeferred compensation plan are taxable by Wisconsin unless (1) the distribution is paid out in annuity form over your life expectancy or for a period of not less than 10 years, or (2) the distribution is paid in either an annuity form or lump-sum from arrangements known commonly as "mirror plans." Payments from a qualified plan are not taxable for Wisconsin when received by a nonresident, even though the payments may be attributable to services performed in Wisconsin".
https://www.revenue.wi.gov/DOR%20Publications/pb106.pdf
Those who are involved in the WRS - including Police and Teachers need to pay their fair share - even if they flee "Tax Hell" WI for another state to evade State of WI income tax. The loophole needs to be closed.
Chicago Teachers Union Big Shot Says Unsafe To Teach Live... From Her Pool Side In Puerto Rico
By Mark Glennon of Wirepoints
Check out WGN’s story about an executive board member at the Chicago Teachers Union.
“As recently as Thursday,” according to WGN, Sarah Chambers “tweeted to rally special education teachers not to return to work Monday because it’s unsafe. Just a few hours earlier, Chambers posted a picture on Instagram that appears to show her pool side in Puerto Rico and talking about going to Old San Juan for seafood.”
According to WGN, the post also mentions she previously had COVID, got a negative test result and consulted her doctor before traveling. Once the story broke, Chambers quickly deleted all evidence of her hypocrisy and nuked her instragram account.
Chambers, you may remember, was part of that solidarity mission last year by CTU members to communist Venezuela we wrote about.
At the time, she said on Twitter that “The USA does not want people to realize that another world is possible with justice and love.” Chambers also wrote on Twitter that the delegation hadn’t seen a single homeless person during their trip. No mention that housing might be plentiful because over three million people have fled – about 10% of the population.
In 2017, the school district fired her for, as reported by WTTW,
“leaving her own classroom to barge into classrooms of other teachers and issue her own instructions to students, interfering with statewide tests, and participating in a scheme to remove and transport students without any chaperone who had cleared criminal background checks, without alerting school officials which students would be missing from class and which students were unaccounted for….”
However, she claimed she was fired in retaliation for other matters and the CTU got her reinstated, the union says.
Props to Ben Bradley at WGN for catching this story. We might have missed it because Sarah, as good communists tend to do, blocked us on Twitter long ago.

President Trump extends immigrant and work visa limits into Biden presidency
President Trump on Thursday extended a pandemic-era suspension of certain immigrant and work visas, ensuring that his sweeping limits on legal immigration will remain in place when Joe Biden is sworn in.
Through a proclamation issued 20 days before Inauguration Day, Mr. Trump ordered a three-month extension of the visa restrictions, which were first enacted in April as a ban on some prospective immigrants and expanded in June to also halt several temporary work programs.
Mr. Trump has said the limits — which invoke a broad presidential power to bar the entry of foreigners deemed to be "detrimental to the interests" of the U.S. — are necessary to prevent new immigrants and temporary workers from competing with Americans for jobs during the economic recession caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Aurora pharmacist arrested after police say he sabotaged more than 500 COVID-19 vaccine doses
A pharmacist accused of tampering with over 500 doses of COVID-19 vaccine at Advocate Aurora Health Hospital in Grafton was arrested Thursday.
Grafton police said the pharmacist, a Grafton resident, removed 57 vials from a refrigerator and left them out overnight last week. They said the man knew this would render the vaccines "useless" and make people who received them believe they were vaccinated when they were not.
Each vial contained about 10 doses of vaccine. Aurora discarded more than 500 doses and Thursday said it has determined 57 people were given less-effective or ineffective vaccines.
Police recommended felony charges of recklessly endangering safety, adulterating a prescription drug, and criminal damage to property. They estimated the cost of lost vaccine to be between $8,000 and $11,000.
Police said they are still investigating the man's motive and have not released his name. He is being held at the Ozaukee County Jail.
The FBI and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration were also investigating, police said.
Aurora officials had previously reported the incident was a mistake, but Wednesday night announced it had fired the employee after discovering the actions were intentional.
I hooked up with Aurora over 25 years ago. Back then, it was a great healthcare provider. Things are not the same today. I've thought about switching to Ascension lately, but I'm afraid of jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire.
State of Wisconsin vs. Christian Reynoso
State of Wisconsin vs. Christian Reynoso
UPDATE
to the
Dickert Disaster
As court proceedings move forward, Former mayor John Dickert and Christian Reynoso begin preparing for trial.
As you may recall, Dickert and Reynoso were involved in an altercation at the Piggly Wiggly parking lot on Washington Ave. Initially only Dickert was charged on 5-11-2020 with criminal disorderly conduct.
Dickert quickly hired Attorney Patrick Cafferty.
Christian Reynoso was charged the following day and elected to represent himself as Pro se for the last several months.
You may read more about the incident below:
https://www.cbs58.com/news/former-racine-mayor-charged-with-disorderly-conduct-for-role-in-fight
and
As of today, December 30, 2020 Reynoso has secured the highly touted law office of Vince Bobot to represent and advocate the dismissal of charges of disorderly conduct against him.
Attorney Bobot is the right fit for Reynoso being Bobot is not an insider within the 2nd. Judicial District.
Attorney Bobot will bring forth an aggressive multi path approach to free Christian Reynoso from the wrongful disorderly conduct charges issued by the State of Wisconsin.
RCC conducted our own investigation concerning this altercation in the spring. It is our view that mayor John Dickert initiated physical contact between the two parties and is the party that violated Disorderly Conduct statute 947.01(1).
Reynoso acted in self defense under the protections of Wisconsin statutes 939.48(1)(1).
It is further our opinion that Reynoso has civil claims against Dickert.
Reynoso is currently in school learning the profession of cheese making and Wisconsin is in need of great cheese-makers.
We foresee a future of Reynoso branded cheeses.

Car Crashes Time
What a great internet channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/CarCrashesTime
You can watch every kind of idiot on the road today. Don't pull over for the bums who fly off the road by themselves or slam into a tree alone - natural selection demands that fools suffer the consequences of their foolishness. Why save an idiot driver who will just kill himself in a car some other way, and possibly take you out, too? Save the innocent. Let the clowns suffer.
By the way, a dashcam is the thing to stem lies when and if you have an accident. People will lie and lie and lie until the truth catches up with them. A video dispels all lies.
P.S. Why do so many automobiles have their windshield wipers activated by a crash?

Fast Facts
- FDA is alerting pet owners and veterinary professionals about certain Sportmix pet food products (see list below) manufactured by Midwestern Pet Foods, Inc. that may contain potentially fatal levels of aflatoxin.
- FDA is aware of at least 28 deaths and 8 illnesses in dogs that ate the recalled product.
- This is an ongoing investigation. Case counts and the scope of this recall may expand as new information becomes available.
- Aflatoxin is a toxin produced by the mold Aspergillus flavus, which can grow on corn and other grains used as ingredients in pet food. At high levels, aflatoxin can cause illness and death in pets.
- Pets experiencing aflatoxin poisoning may have symptoms such as sluggishness, loss of appetite, vomiting, jaundice (yellowish tint to the eyes or gums due to liver damage), and/or diarrhea. In severe cases, this toxicity can be fatal. In some cases, pets may suffer liver damage but not show any symptoms.
- Pet owners should stop feeding their pets the recalled products listed below and consult their veterinarian, especially if the pet is showing signs of illness. The pet owner should remove the food and make sure no other animals have access to the recalled product.
- FDA is asking veterinarians who suspect aflatoxin poisoning in their patients to report the cases through the Safety Reporting Portal or by calling their local FDA Consumer Complaint Coordinators. Pet owners can also report suspected cases to the FDA.

Aurora Health says employee intentionally removed COVID-19 vaccine from fridge, ruining more than 500 doses; FBI investigating
Advocate Aurora Health says a now-fired employee intentionally removed 57 vials of the Moderna coronavirus vaccine from a refrigerator last weekend, causing them to become ineffective and be discarded.
Initially, Aurora was "led to believe" the removal was an error. But Wednesday, the employee "acknowledged that they intentionally removed the vaccine from refrigeration," according to a statement from the health care provider.
Grafton Police Department said in a statement late Wednesday that it was notified by Aurora shortly after 6 p.m. "regarding an employee tampering with vials of the COVID-19 vaccine" at its hospital at 975 Port Washington Road.
The statement goes on to say the incident is being investigated by the FBI and the Food and Drug Administration as well as Grafton police.

COVID-19 Vaccinations in Racine
How will COVID-19 vaccinations be handled in Racine? One thing
you can be sure of is that McMayor Cory 'Butterball' Mason will be the first vaccinated, if he hasn't already. From there on, I suspect that we can expect the usual machinations and backroom deals in the distribution of the vaccine. Butterball will appear in the Journal Times overlooking the vaccination of an elderly black woman, but the reality is that all of his cronies must be vaccinated first.
The true colors of one's character will be determined by the grab for vaccinations. As you watch the entitled and criminal elements of our city government get vaccinated before your grandmother, be glad that you are even in the running for a vaccination. You can be sure that all of Butterball's enemies will have to kiss his ass in order to get a vaccination. As the deaths of the poor and people of color continue to mount, Butterball will declare himself the emperor of the vaccine, deciding who gets the vaccine and when. This swine is who legally represents you. Oink-oink for your vaccine.
Even If It's 'Bonkers,' Poll Finds Many Believe QAnon And Other Conspiracy Theories
Stephen Maturen/Getty Images |
A significant number of Americans believe misinformation about the origins of the coronavirus and the recent presidential election, as well as conspiracy theories like QAnon, according to a new NPR/Ipsos poll.
Forty percent of respondents said they believe the coronavirus was made in a lab in China even though there is no evidence for this. Scientists say the virus was transmitted to humans from another species.
And one-third of Americans believe that voter fraud helped Joe Biden win the 2020 election, despite the fact that courts, election officials and the Department of Justice have found no evidence of widespread fraud that could have changed the outcome.
The poll results add to mounting evidence that misinformation is gaining a foothold in American society and that conspiracy theories are going mainstream, especially during the coronavirus pandemic. This has raised concerns about how to get people to believe in a "baseline reality," said Chris Jackson, a pollster with Ipsos.
"Increasingly people are willing to say and believe stuff that fits in with their view of how the world should be, even if it doesn't have any basis in reality or fact," Jackson said.
Girlfriend warned Nashville police Anthony Warner was building bomb a year ago, report shows
NASHVILLE — Sixteen months before Anthony Quinn Warner's RV exploded in downtown Nashville on Christmas morning, officers visited his home in Antioch after his girlfriend reported that he was making bombs in the vehicle, according to documents obtained by The Tennessean.
On Friday, 63-year-old Warner blew up a city block, police say, about 6:30 a.m. on Second Avenue outside an AT&T switch facility. The bomb caused massive destruction to 41 downtown buildings and crippled telecommunication systems throughout the Southeast over the weekend.
In the aftermath, The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Warner was "not on our radar" prior to the bombing. But a Metro Nashville Police Department report from August 2019 shows that local and federal authorities were aware of alleged threats he had made.

Young COVID-19 death in Sheboygan is Wisconsin's second death under 20
A person under 20 has died from COVID-19 in Sheboygan County, health officials said Monday. Officials did not provide the person's exact age but said they were between the ages of 10 and 19.
It's the second COVID-related death of a Wisconsin resident in that age group. The first was Madison East High School junior Isai Morocho, who died Nov. 25.
Sheboygan health officials did not provide further information Monday about the death in Sheboygan to protect the privacy of the family.
Statewide, officials reported 19 new deaths Monday, and 1,335 new confirmed cases of COVID-19.
The cases accounted for 25.8% of the 5,171 test results that came back Monday, according to the state Department of Health Services.

About 500 doses of vaccine discarded at Aurora clinic in Grafton due to 'human error'
Clinicians had to discard about 500 doses of the Moderna vaccine Saturday after vials were kept unrefrigerated for too long at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton.
In a statement, Advocate Aurora Health officials said someone removed 50 vials from a refrigerator to access other items and failed to put them back overnight Friday. Each vial contained ten doses of vaccine.
An internal investigation found the failure was an "unintended human error."
"We are clearly disappointed and regret this happened," officials said in a statement.
Clinicians were still able to administer some of the vaccine from the vials within the allowable 12 hour post-refrigeration window but had to discard most of it, according to the statement. Once the vaccine is thawed, it cannot be refrozen.
Advocate Aurora Health has vaccinated about 17,000 of its employees in the last 12 days, officials said.
A total 39,501 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Wisconsin, according to state health officials -- mostly Pfizer vaccine and 3,905 doses of Moderna.
