Only 25 percent of students can read and even less are proficient in math. My God!
Lies and more lies from the "authorities" concerning the abject and dismal failure of schools. They always want more money, but even when given to them, it doesn't improve anything. Of course, the teachers' union says that standardized tests are "racist." How the hell can a reading or math test be racist? The entire school district should be shut down, everyone fired, and a reorganization done under the watchful eye of taxpayers.
