We've spotted this little guy before, but never so close! He was frolicking around in our front yard yesterday so I ran and got the camera. I've never seen a white squirrel before! It's hard to tell whether he is albino or not, I couldn't really tell if his eyes were pink.
Anyway.. thought I would share some cool pictures I took. :) Enjoy!

Isn't he amazing???
Unique, whether or not it is a true albino!
That is so cool! Sometimes there will be a population of them in one area. Maybe you'll see more than one.
That's good camouflage for the winter.
I had to look twice, wasn't sure what I was seeing. I've never seen a white squirrel before. I saw some black ones in western Wisconsin several years ago.
Thanks for bringing these over from FB to share with the JTI!
With dark animals, aren't white animals more rare than albinos? That was the big deal with the buffalo calf in Janesville a ways back. It wasn't an albino, it was white. Neat shots. Hope a car doesn't cross paths with it. By the way, did you give it a name?
that is soooooo cool
Thanks for sharing
Oh that is so cool! A white squirrel! WOW...I'm amazed! It does remind me of one with a black tail I had in the backyard.
So very cool, DA, I have never seen a white or albino squirrel...
he/she's so cute, definitely need to name this one :)
I haven't named him/her.
Suggestions?
Whitey, Snowflake, Al (for albino)
How about Snowball?
