Must be a guy thing. Girls prefer slower, more subtle mischief, which might be more dangerous.

Well, it seems to be more a guy thing than a gal thing. I've often said that I'm lucky I have all ten fingers. When I was younger, I loved explosives and fire. That's pretty much in the past, now.

I found a web site for making the old fashioned black powder that as a kid i never got to work right. Used to be able to buy salt peter at the Red Cross drug stores. Dad used to make flash powder of different colors when i was real little. Mom hated him playing with that old Gilbert Chemistry set. Stunk the house up with sulfur.
