I'm using a different composing editor than you, I believe, but they are both the same in that clicking on the picture image in the toolbar in Compose mode should offer you the option of uploading from your computer, a url (link), or this blog.

Btw, I find images notoriously difficult to work with in this format, no matter which composing editor I am using. SER seems to have the magic touch. Good luck.
What I do is copy and save the pictures to the computer and browse them out when I need them. That way I have a little more control over them.
Yes save them to your computer if you want the control over them.
I got pictures to post using HTML code, but they weren't showing the full picture due to size, I'll have to copy them to my box, re-size them and then upload the results. This works however,
<img src="
(image Net address with quotation marks)"/>
Sorry the full HTML isn't allowed in one post.
Huck, I think you are linking to them doing it that way with the image script, not posting them.
As the guys are saying, save them to your desktop. Then, from within your blog, use the upload feature on your dashboard and you will find it works better. If you want to mess with the html code, you can access that to resize the pictures afterward.
