1) What time of the year stresses you out the most?
Tax time...I frigg’in hate it.
2) How well do you drive in the snow?
Great, I love driving in the snow.
3) What are looking forward to the most this Christmas?
Summer......no shit really
4) What is the prettiest place you have been to?
Germany and Switzerland
1) Christmas with making all my cookies, wrapping presents and trying to figure out when we have to be to what side of the family by.
2) I am fine with driving in the snow. It does not scare me at all.
3) Being with the man I love more than anything else in the world and being with all the family.
4) That would have to be Lookout Mountain Tennessee. It is beautiful there in the summer.
I hope everyone has a great weekend.
1. none specifically , just have a few ghosts that haunt between Thanksgiving and New Years but they go away once we hit the 2nd
2. with the right vehicle, pretty well. Hubby's vehicle is really good, as well as my old car, a beetle, that thing could go anywhere, anytime, thru anything. My current car... not made for snow...
3. cookies!
4. Niagara Falls was great, followed by any road that goes thru woods, such as the drive into Pets Park, especially in the fall. Down in the midst of the 7 bridges in Grant Park in South Milwaukee is pretty awesome too
1. Christmas this year. I decided to make stockings for my in-laws and then I had a fiasco with cookies and no Christmas cards sent. I'm better now though.
2. I do okay but these southerners are idiots.
3. Getting together with all the family although I do miss mine.
4. Watching the sun come up over the ocean in Deerfield Beach FL.
1. Christmas time ranks right up there.
2. I do okay.. it is the other idiots out there that freak me out.
3. Family
4. Big Sur, California is drop dead gorgeous and the pine smell on the mist in the morning is fantastic.
1. All Holiday's.
2. I don't want to jinx myself, but I guess just fine.
3. Getting It over. Terrible I know, but It's just too difficult to deal with Holiday's.
4. The Grand Canyon In 1960
1) Christmas.
2) I drive OK in snow but my truck doesn't. It's two wheel drive with little weight on the drive wheels. I put weights in the back, but it's not a snowmobile. I agree with Lizardmom that VW Beetles were great in the snow - weight on the drive wheels.
3) I'm not looking forward to much.
4) Chicago Botanic Garden.
1) Christmas.
2) Personally I'm not fond of driving in the snow.
3) Being with Tender Heart and family.
4) Yellowstone Falls was breathtaking and so was Crater Lake, Oregon. A birding trip at Cliffside Park last fall was heavenly gorgeous with all the Autumn colors.
LATE TO THE PARTY AS USUAL
1. Election time for three reasons, One, the criminals we continue to re-elect.
Two, the non stop political ads.
Three , the dumb asses that re-elect the assholes because of party affiliation.
2. Driving in snow is always an adventure.
3. Family and friends
4. I don't even know where to start with the prettiest places I have been to. Plenty have already been spoken about in this blog, putting me in a reflection and dream state as I read the blogs.
Coming to mind is Glacier Bay, Idaho inlet, the fjords of Skagway, Yosemite, Bob Marshall Wilderness, Straight of Georgia, Lituya bay, Icy Straights ,North Channel, Rock Island, and this is just for starters, all have individual beauty .............. and of course Racine, .......did I just wreck your daydream? Sorry for you, now go back to dreaming :>
Thanks for asking Drew, and thanks fellow JTIrr's for sharing your favorite spots, many I share with you.
