That's one of the best videos that I've posted. It is 100% accurate picture of the "service" TWC provides to its customers. My download speed goes up and down like a yo-yo, but TWC does nothing. Why bother? It's not like you can get cable service elsewhere. We're stuck with TWC and they'll piss in our faces all they feel like.
