  5. You all know that exercising, or at least trying to exercise like that, Is really good for us OLD folks. At least 10 minutes a day. I'm pretty certain BLB can write a paper on It.

  8. I can see it now....not only pilates, zumba, yoga, ......BUT twerking class. No gear required.

    Butt...hehehehehe... I said BUTT!!!
    Doing the twerking with the old folks at the home may present a few problems. It is an exercise that can be done for "chair exercise" which is a popular class for the elders....BUTT,...hehe...Maybe they should sit on rolling commodes in case of....ahhh... something loosens(like that bowel obstruction
    he had for over a week).

    Of course after twerking comes roller commode hockey or commode basketball! Go Seniors! Many fowls
    are made!
